Nervous system regulation to deepen your relationship to yourself and others.
This foundation course is for you who want to learn more about your own nervous system and how to both self-regulate and co-regulate with your partner. You will learn the basics you need about your nervous system and from this you’ll understand more clearly how it impacts your life and your relationships.
You’ll get a deeper understanding of how attachment- and developmental trauma early in life effect the nervous system and your capacity to have adult and healthy relationships.
You’ll learn about the importance of receiving co-regulation from others in order to be able to self-regulate.
I will share experiences from how I use this as a resource in my life and when challenges arises in my relationships.
You´ll get to practice and learn powerful and beautiful tools of:
- how to self-regulate your own nervous system through different ways.
- how to give co-regulation to your partner and help him/her back to safety in times of stress.
- how to map your own nervous system and understand what triggers or supports your nervous system in your relationships.
- how to stay present in the body and with the sensations even when emotions arises and to communicate what you´re experiencing with your partner from a place of self-awareness instead of going into overwhelms or avoidance.
- the healing effect in really being herd by your partner and how to connect back when you’re feeling disconnected from each other.
This workshop is for both singles and couples, both men and women.
The course will be held at beautiful Färingsö (next to Ekerö) near the water where we can take a swim on the lunch break ☀️ Lunch is included.
